Entrepreneur and technology leader with over a decade in IT. Previously scaled Respira from $60K to $2M revenue leading to a successful exit. Holds a B.Sc. in Molecular Biology from MacEwan University. Leads Hadmil’s vision for physical-world intelligence across wildfire detection, agriculture, and industrial AI.

Ismail Haddou
Technology innovator with deep expertise in hardware, software, AI, and IoT. Engineered FireSafe AI’s wildfire detection system integrating AI models and drone technology, now deployed in municipal pilots. Previously led the technical team at Respira driving the product from prototype to scale and successful exit.

Brandon Miller
Master electrician turned operations leader with expertise in scaling infrastructure projects. Previously founded A&B Mobile Security and grew it into a $2M+ ARR business. Oversees manufacturing, hardware-AI integration, and day-to-day operations to drive scalable deployment of Hadmil’s products.

Drives cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and operational alignment across Hadmil’s portfolio. Ensures the leadership team stays focused on the highest-impact priorities while keeping day-to-day execution on track.

Sameer Zaman
Experienced technical leader and business analyst with a background in Computing Science. Previously led product and QA delivery at ATB Financial, Alberta’s largest provincial financial institution. Owns end-to-end product delivery, ensuring Hadmil’s solutions ship on time and at quality.
REMOTE SENSING AI ENGINEER
Ali Jamali
Ph.D. in Geoinformatics with 1,600+ research citations. Postdoctoral Fellow at Simon Fraser University specializing in satellite image processing, deep learning, and earth observation. Brings over a decade of experience in remote sensing, AI for environmental monitoring, and UAV-based detection systems.
ML ENGINEER
Geoffrey Lazer
Designs and trains the machine learning models that power Hadmil’s detection and classification pipelines. Works across computer vision, anomaly detection, and real-time inference to deliver production-grade AI for physical-world environments.
FULL STACK DEVELOPER
Lakhdar Boudjahfa
Full stack engineer with 6+ years building and maintaining production web applications. Responsible for API design, payment gateway integration, and platform infrastructure. Previously a Full Stack Developer at Durar Smart Solutions before joining the team.
